The number of sessions required will depend on your unique situation. Some issues may be resolved in only a few sessions, while others may require a series.
You don’t need a referral to book a session at Lilypad, unless you wish to claim a Medicare rebate.
Yes, if you have a GP referral / Mental Health Care Plan.
Depending on your provider and level of cover, you may be able to claim. However you can’t claim through Medicare and your health fund for the same session.
Payment is accepted at the time of consultation by cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
You may choose to attend sessions alone, or with your partner, support person, child, or other person of your choosing.
Yes, Lilypad offers consultations via phone, Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime. These sessions still require prior booking.
Lilypad regularly runs Circle of Security, Tuning Into Kids, Peaceful Kids, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and other groups on request. Please contact Lilypad for more information about groups.
